1. "5) is provided by high-quality and timely filling with information of national digital systems and specialized portals, including cards of preventions, interactive maps of hydrometeorological situation, climatic inventories and other resources intended for monitoring, the forecast and the prevention of emergency situations of natural nature;

6) is provided by access to authorized body and local executive bodies to digital systems and portals of National hydrometeorological service.";
