About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning civil educational and training aircrafts
According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. In Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union":
a) state subitem 7.1.15 in the following edition:
"7.1.15. The aviation engines, spare parts and the equipment necessary for repair and (or) maintenance of civilian passenger airliners, and (or) civilian cargo aircrafts, and (or) civilian educational and training airliners, and (or) civil educational and training helicopters, and (or) aviation engines to them.";
b) add with subitem 7.1.90 of the following content:
"7.1.90. The civil educational and training aircrafts imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan:
the helicopters classified by codes 8802 11 000 2, 8802 11 000 3 and 8802 12 000 1 CN FEA EEU in number of 2 pieces;
the airplanes classified by code 8802 20 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU in number of 5 pieces.
The specified tariff privilege is provided in the presence of the document issued by the executive body of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of transport and civil aviation, and the containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of the specified goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
