About modification of the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 about approval of Traffic regulations

No. 185-199, 442), the Government DECIDES:
This resolution shifts the Directive of the EU Council of July 18, 1989 about approximation of laws of state members concerning depth of protector of tires of some categories of vehicles and their trail cars (89/459/EEC), CELEX: 31989L0459, published in the Official magazine of the European Community L 226/4 of August 3, 1989.
1. In the Order of the Government No. 357/2009 about approval of Traffic regulations (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 92-93, 409), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This Resolution shifts the Directive of the EU Council of July 18, 1989 about approximation of laws of state members concerning depth of protector of tires of some categories of vehicles and their trail cars (89/459/EEC), CELEX: 31989L0459, published in the Official magazine of the European Community L 226/4 of August 3, 1989.".
1.2. in Rules:
1.2.1. to add Item 7 after the concept "bicycle (tricycle)" with the following concept:
"the main flutes of protector - the wide flutes in the central part of protector covering about three quarters of width of protector of the tire;";
1.2.2. letter and) the subitem 5) of Item 122 to state in the following edition:
"a) depth of the drawing of the main flutes of protector of the tire less:
