According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Items 23, of the 30th Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Civil code of Ukraine, Articles 21, 39 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About credit unions", for the purpose of establishment of procedure and criteria by which the connected partners entering into group of the connected partners in the markets of non-bank financial services are determined the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure and criteria by which the connected partners entering into group of the connected partners in the markets of non-bank financial services are determined (further - Regulations on criteria of the connected partners) which is applied.
2. The credit union, finance company independently determines materiality of indicator in case of determination of the criterion provided by the subitem 3 of Item 8 of the Regulations on criteria of the connected partners based on the judgement based on the analysis of indicators of the partner and their comparability to indicators of the subject of managing to similar main type of economic activity and the size of assets.
