About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35
Based on subitem 7.1.14 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix 2 to the Instruction about procedure for the request for pension and the organization of work and record keeping to destination and the pension payment approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35, the following changes:
in column 6 of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the word "on December 24, 1992 No. 777" shall be replaced with words "on December 20, 2025 No. 742";
in Item 5:
to exclude from column 2 of subitem 5.9 of the word "and faultless military service";
to state column 2 of subitem 5.11 in the following edition:
"the certificate of the right to privileges to parents and the spouses of the died (dead) who did not enter new scrap in case of execution of the military (office) obligations specified in subitems 1.1-1.3 of Item 1 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 to No. 1594-XII "About veterans".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
