About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 26, 2010 No. 538
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 26, 2010 No. 538 "About procedure for reference of property of autonomous or budgetary institution to category of especially valuable personal estate" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 31, the Art. 4237) the following changes:
a) add item 4 with the subitem "g" of the following content:
"d) the biological (bioresource) collections which are in federal property, samples of biological (bioresource) collections and national collections of especially valuable samples of genetic resources.";
b) add Item 5 with words ", and concerning especially valuable personal estate specified in the subitem "g" of item 4 of this resolution, also based on data on the name of biological (bioresource) collection or national collection of especially valuable samples of genetic resources, on identification of sample of biological (bioresource) collection".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027, except for the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2028.
