About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation till September 1, 2026 to approve form of investing program of the organization performing hot water supply, cold water supply and (or) water disposal.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026, except for paragraphs of the eleventh - the nineteenth subitem "an" of Item 1 and paragraphs of the tenth - the eighteenth subitem "an" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2028.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2017, No. 48, Art. 7218; 2019, No. 5, Art. 389; 2022, No. 3, Art. 576):

a) in the pricing Bases in the field of heat supply approved by the specified resolution:

Item 20 in paragraph one (the words "and depreciation charges" to exclude 1);

state Item 43 in the following edition:

"43. Depreciation expenses of fixed assets and intangible assets for calculation of rates are determined at the level equal to the amount of the relations of cost of depreciable assets of the regulated organization to useful life of such assets belonging to it on the property right or on other legal cause.
