Part 3 of Article 3.10 to add 1) with the words "and to stateless persons";

2) in Article 4.1:

a) to add part 3.6 after words of "Article 20.31 of this Code" with words "(except as specified, provided by part 3.9 of this Article)";

b) regarding 3.8 words "parts 3.6 and 3.7" shall be replaced with words "parts 3.6, 3.7 and 3.9";

c) add with part 3.9 following of content:

"3.9. If in case of purpose of administrative punishment in case in case of which the sanction of the applied Article of this Code provides assignment of punishment in the form of administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation it is determined that the foreign citizen or the stateless person passed military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, military forming of the Russian Federation and were involved in fighting as a part of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, military forming of the Russian Federation, administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation is not applied, and administrative penalty is imposed in the form of administrative penalty within the sanction of the applied Article or part of Article of the Section II of this Code or obligatory works for a period of hundred till two hundred o'clock. In case of appointment to persons specified in this part of administrative punishment for making of the administrative offense prescribed by part 4 or 5 of Article 20.31 of this Code, to these persons the administrative prohibition on visit of venues of official sports competitions for a period of one year up to seven years can be also appointed.".
