About approval of the Regulations on provision of support for development of foreign trade activity "The program of promotion of export BRIDGE EXPORT"
Based on article 18 of the Law No. 1031/2000 on state regulation of foreign trade activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 119-120, 838), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on provision of support for development of foreign trade activity "The program of promotion of export BRIDGE EXPORT" (is attached).
2. Realization of the Regulations on provision of support for development of foreign trade activity "The program of promotion of export BRIDGE EXPORT" to assign to Public organization "Investments Agency".
3. Perform financial support of development of foreign trade activity for the account and within the assignments provided in the government budget (general resources and resources of the projects financed from external sources).
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations of the Republic of Moldova.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
