According to article 32 part (4) the Law 183/2020 on insurance in agricultural industry in case of financial support from the state (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, 572), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 267-271,:
1. Approve the List of risks and agricultural assets in case of which insurance the state provides financial support for covering of cost of part of insurance premium, according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
