About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2020 No. 1529

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2020 No. 1529 "About licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 40, Art. 6261; 2022, No. 7, Art. 988).

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting

1. In Item 6:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The license applicant sends the statement for provision of the license and documents attached to it to the licensing body in the form of electronic documents (set of electronic documents) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the organization of provision of the state and municipal services (except as specified, provided by the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity"), by means of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the single portal). Identification and authentication of the license applicant are performed with use of the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically".";
