About introduction of amendments to some orders
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2023 No. 117 "About approval of Rules of provision of the housing help" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 33763) the following changes:
be reworded as follows preamble:

in the Rules of provision of the housing help approved by the specified order:

"1. These rules of provision of the housing help (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 9-1) of article 10-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations" and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for purpose of the housing help to needy families (citizens).";
third of Item 3 to state part in the following edition:
"current and accumulative fees;";
8) of Item 4-1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"8) the current fees no more than hundred tenges for square meter;
accumulative fees according to Item 3 of article 34-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations.";
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Uslugopoluchatel for receipt of the state service sends to the Service provider through the web portal of "the electronic government" or the State corporation the statement for purpose of the housing help, in form according to appendix 1 to these rules.
