About establishment of the minimum size of the authorized capital of the operator of the biddings of virtual assets
According to part 2 of article 25 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About virtual assets", Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Establish since July 1, 2026 the minimum authorized capital of the operator of the biddings of virtual assets (cryptoexchange) in the amount of 300000000 (three hundred million) som.
2. To the acting operators of the biddings of virtual assets (cryptoexchanges) till July 1, 2026 to bring the size of the authorized capital into accord with requirements of this Decree.
3. Determine that the created authorized capital of the operator of the biddings of virtual assets (cryptoexchange) is subject to use for the purpose of ensuring liquidity on virtual assets according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Decree to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.
5. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
