1. Approve the enclosed List of objects of digital infrastructure of "the digital government".

2. Recognize invalid some orders according to appendix to this order.

3. To provide to department of architecture and policy of digital transformation of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five calendar days from the date of signing of the order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
