About approval of Rules of the organization of work of law-enforcement bodies on participation in nature protection actions

According to the subitem 50) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization of work of law-enforcement bodies on participation in nature protection actions.

2. To provide to committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within five working days after signing the direction of the electronic copy of this order in the state and Russian languages in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) submission to Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
