Approve the Procedure of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of cyberprotection which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation and form of actions of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of cyberprotection, procedures of conducting checks of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of cyberprotection (further - check), the rights and obligations of the Parties when implementing of the specified actions, and also requirements to registration of results of checks.
Action of this Procedure does not extend to National Bank, banks, other organizations and persons performing activities in the markets of financial services, state regulation and supervision of which activities is exercised by National Bank, and also on operators of payment systems, their participants and technological operators of payment services.
