The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 No. 467 "About approval of the Regulations on the Unified register of objects of state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 15, Art. 1043; 2005, No. 8, Art. 436; 2012, No. 24, Art. 917; 2015, No. 46, the Art. 1472) the enclosed changes.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To subjects of management of objects of state-owned property within two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to give to Fund of state-owned property of the data on objects of state-owned property (as of the last day of month under report) for entering into the Unified register of objects of state-owned property according to requirements of the Regulations on the Unified register of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 No. 467, taking into account the changes made by this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2027.
