In recent years in our country system works on safety of traffic, complete digitalization of the organization of traffic are carried out.
At the same time there is need of prevention of administrative offenses, determinations of circle of the offenses revealed by means of the special automated technical means of photo and video fixing, and also review of terms of application of administrative punishment in cases when road traffic offense is fixed by means of the special automated technical means of photo and video fixing.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the additions and changes providing application of administrative punishment in the form of the prevention for the insignificant offenses connected with traffic safety, determination of the list of the administrative offenses fixed by means of the special automated technical means of photo and video fixing and also accurate establishment of terms of application of administrative punishment for the offenses fixed by means of such technical means.
This Law serves creation of additional conveniences to the population when using cars, to prevention of administrative offenses, and also further building confidence of the population in state bodies.
