The governments of the State Parties of the Foundation agreement about creation of Fund of support of cultural cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States of September 11, 1998 which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
agreed as follows:
The parties consider terminated the Foundation agreement about creation of Fund of support of cultural cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States of September 11, 1998.
The this Protocol becomes effective after 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the last notification on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for its entry into force.
It is made in the city of Ashgabat on November 21, 2014 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed the this Protocol, its verified copy.
