About measures for implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan accepted on March 15, 2026
Due to the acceptance on republican referendum on March 15, 2026 I DECIDE Constitutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. Publish the text of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan accepted on republican referendum on March 15, 2026 (further - the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan), in the periodic printing editions "Egemen Kazakhstan" and "Kazakhstan Truth".
2. Transfer the original of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan accepted on republican referendum on August 30, 1995 to storage to Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Determine that the original of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is stored at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To provide to the central commission of referendum the direction of the text of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Determine that according to the procedure of the legislative initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for consideration of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be brought:
1) draft of the Constitutional law "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) draft of the Constitutional law "About Kazakstan Halyk Kenes _".
6. To provide to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the interested state bodies development and submitting for examination of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of drafts of legal acts, stipulated in Item 5 these Decrees.
