About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About National police" concerning features of social protection of members of the family of the police officer who during execution of the service duties connected with implementation of tasks and powers of police died (died) or it is recognized as court it is unknown absent, or was missing in case of special circumstances
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About National police" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 40-41, of Art. 379 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. Add with Article 93-1 of the following content:
"Article 93-1. Features of social protection of members of the family of the police officer who during execution of the service duties connected with implementation of tasks and powers of police died (died) or it is recognized as court it is unknown absent, or was missing in case of special circumstances
1. Members of the family of the police officer who on duty, the tasks connected with implementation and powers of police, died (died) or it is recognized as court it is unknown absent, or was missing in case of special circumstances, use the privileges, guarantees and compensations established for them by this Law in the presence of the certificate confirming the corresponding status. Form, procedure for issue and cancellation of the certificate of the member of the family of the police officer who during execution of the service duties connected with implementation of tasks and powers of police died (died) or it is recognized as court it is unknown absent, or was missing in case of special circumstances, are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. In Article 95:
The Name to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 95. Medical support and medical attendance, realization of the right of police officers to biological paternity (motherhood)";
