According to subitems 2) and 3) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gaming" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Establish assignments from each accepted rate performed by the organizer of gaming performing the activities of bookmaker office or totalizator (further - assignments) directed to the single operator performing activities for distribution of the off-budget money aimed at the development of physical culture and sport in fund of National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on development of the Olympic sports and public fund "Kazakstan Halkyna", and also on functioning of single system of accounting and ensuring activities of the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting in the amount of 3,3 (three whole three tenth) percent.
2. Determine the following proportions of the direction of the assignments withheld by the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting, in the amount of, established in Item 1 of this resolution:
1) to the single operator performing activities for distribution of the off-budget money aimed at the development of physical culture and sport, 45 (forty five) percent;
2) in fund of National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on development of the Olympic sports 21 (twenty one) percent;
3) in public fund "Kazakstan Halkyna" 21 (twenty one) percent;
