1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2015 No. 782 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of access in linearly - cable constructions of telecommunication and standard form of the contract for the right of placement and (or) operation of cables of telecommunication and modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156":
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for provision of access in linearly - cable constructions of telecommunication (are applied);
standard form of the contract for the right of placement and (or) operation of cables of telecommunication it (is applied).";

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"2. For the purposes of this provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 No. 45-Z "About telecommunication" and also the following terms and their determinations are used:";
