About creation of the educational organization of additional education of adults "School 21 - school of digital technologies" under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of development of digital education, ensuring free access for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to modern educational IT programs, creation of conditions for forming of the IT specialists demanded in the labor market, improvement of quality and efficiency of educational process with use of innovative techniques and digital technologies, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create the educational organization of additional education of adults "School 21 - school of digital technologies" under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the educational organization "School 21"),
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 2, 2025 No. 391 the following change:
in the scheme of management of the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
in line item "Republican subordinated organizations and the organizations" after the words "out-of-school organizations of republican subordination" to add with the words "the educational organization of additional education of adults " school 21-school of digital technologies " under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. Approve:
1) standard limiting staff of the educational organization "School 21" according to appendix 1;
