About approval of the Regulations on order of registration as the center of technical support for control and cash machines / to fiscal printers
For effective implementation of obligations of the State Tax Administration, in pursuance of item provisions 13) h. (1) Art. 133, item 8), item 32-1) of the h. (2) to Art. 133 and Art. 144-1 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 of year, and also for reduction in compliance with the Order of the Government No. 141/2019 about use of the control and cash equipment when implementing calculations I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on order of registration as the center of technical support for control and cash machines / to fiscal printers, according to appendix to this order.
2. This order is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication. From the effective date this order the Order No. 481/2017 of year on approval of the Regulations on permission of activities of the centers of technical support of control and cash machines / fiscal printers voids.
