This resolution partially shifts (shifts Art. 18 (3) and Appendix IV) the Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European parliament and Council of December 11, 2018 about promotion of energy use from renewable sources (reformed), CELEX: 32018L2001, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 328 of December 21, 2018, with the last changes made by the Directive (EU) 2024/1711 of the European parliament and Council of June 13, 2024.
1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of qualification and registration of assemblers of coppers, furnaces or fire chambers on biomass, photovoltaic and thermal solar systems, low-deep geothermal systems and thermal pumps it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.
3. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Within two months from the date of publication of this resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to public organization "National Center for Steady Energy" in the information purposes to notify assemblers of the systems using the renewable energy resources (RER), which are already registered in the Register of assemblers of the RES systems on requirements of the Provision specified in Item 1.
