1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63:
in Item 139:
in part one:
after the words "are registered in" to add with the word "territorial";
shall be replaced with words words of "this executive and administrative organ" "rural, settlement, city (the cities of district subordination) executive committee, local administration of the area in the city";
