About modification of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About monthly money payment to some categories of citizens"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About monthly money payment to some categories of citizens" of July 27, 2022 to state item 4 of part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine to No. 2454-IX in the following edition:
"4) to the members of families specified in part three of article 2 of this Law - in the amount of 1,5 of the minimum wage established for January 1 of calendar year (per month) which is appointed and paid equal by installments to two and more family members".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective on January 1, 2026.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of publication of this Law:
1) to bring the normative legal acts into accord with this Law;
2) to provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their normative legal acts in compliance with this Law.
