1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
add Item 15 with subitems 19-1), 19-2) and 19-3) of the following content:
"19-1) carrying out the analysis regarding uniformity and balance of load distribution on consumers due to increase in rates;
19-2) development and approval of technique for conducting technical expertize of execution of the approved investing program, observance of indicators of quality and reliability of regulated services and achievement of performance indicators of activities of subjects of natural monopolies;
19-3) maintaining the list (register) the authorized persons (experts, the expert organizations) which are carrying out technical expertize of execution of the approved investing program, observance of indicators of quality and reliability of regulated services and achievement of performance indicators of activities of subjects of natural monopolies;".
