About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the National investment fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 14, 2024 No. 155
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the National investment fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, creation of conditions for investment attraction on the domestic and international markets of the capital, according to article 26 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the National investment fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 14, 2024 No. 155 the following changes:
- to declare the subitem 3 of Item 1 invalid;
- state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine the main objectives of Fund:
1) ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of financial and economic activities of the companies entering into group of Fund;
2) increase and providing strong growth of cost of the companies entering into group of Fund, and also investment attraction by exit of the companies entering into group of Fund to the international and local market of the capital;
3) implementation in the companies entering into group of Fund, the best practice of corporate management;
4) development of separate industries of economy through implementation of state programs and investment projects.";
- in Item 3:
in subitem 1 of the word "Fund and portfolio companies of Fund" shall be replaced with words "the companies entering into group of Fund";
in subitem 2 of the word "Fund and portfolio companies of Fund" shall be replaced with words "the companies entering into group of Fund";
in subitem 3 of the word "Fund and Portfolio Companies of Fund" shall be replaced with words "the companies entering into group of Fund";
