1. Approve the Charter of the highest aviation educational institution "Kyrgyz aviation institute of I. Abdraimov" according to appendix.
2. Financing of part of secondary professional education at the Kyrgyz aviation institute of I. Abdraimov is performed on the basis of the standard rates of budget financing expected one student.
3. To the state agency of civil aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop standard standard rates of budget financing on one student of department of secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz aviation institute of I. Abdraimov.
