Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 2006 No. 16-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Kaliningrad region and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 3, Art. 280; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4063; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7564; 2023, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 32, Art. 6179; 2024, No. 1, Art. 14) following changes:

Article 6 to add 1) with part 10 of the following content:

"10. The state support of residents for the purpose of compensation of cost amount by it on payment of customs duties, taxes which obligation on payment arose in connection with change of legal regulation acting since January 1, 2027 before the termination of term of functioning of the Special economic zone, is performed by the Russian Federation according to procedure and conditions which are provided by part 4 of this Article.";

Article 6.1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 6.1. The powers of the Russian Federation delegated for implementation to public authorities of the Kaliningrad region

1. The powers of the Russian Federation provided by parts 9 and 10 of article 6 of this Federal Law (further in this Article - delegated powers), are transferred for implementation to public authorities of the Kaliningrad region.

2. Source of financial provision of implementation by public authorities of the Kaliningrad region of delegated powers are the subventions provided from the federal budget to the budget of the Kaliningrad region (further in this Article - subvention).
