About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 262 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 17:
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"-appoints in accordance with the established procedure to position and dismisses heads of territorial subdivisions, deputy managers of subordinated divisions and military personnel of officers and ensigns of the Ministry;";
add with the paragraph thirty third the following content:
"-bears the personal responsibility for creation and ensuring functioning of internal system of the prevention of corruption;";
2) in Regulations on Department of monitoring, forecasting of emergency situations under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 12 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-bears the personal responsibility for creation and ensuring functioning of internal system of the prevention of corruption.";
3) in Regulations on Service according to the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 13 with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:
