About introduction of amendments to articles 11.31 and 23.36.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Article 1

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2126; No. 25, Art. 3268; No. 31, Art. 4320; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2019, No. 29, Art. 3847) following changes:

1) in Article 11.31:

a) the paragraph one of part 1 to add with the words "except as specified, provided by part 3 of this Article";

b) add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Implementation of transportations of passengers and baggage by carrier by automobile taxi which risk of the civil responsibility for causing when transporting harm of life, to health, property of passengers is not insured according to the requirements established by the Federal Law -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of five thousand rubles; on individual entrepreneurs - twenty five thousand rubles; on legal entities - forty thousand rubles.";

2) regarding 1 Article 23.36.1 of the word "Articles 9. 11.14.1 and 12.31.1" shall be replaced with words 13, "Articles 9. 13, 11.14. 1, part 3 of Article 11.31 and Article 12.31.1".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
