1) in part 19 of Article 56 of the word "and organizations subordinated to them" shall be replaced with words "the organizations and the federal executive body subordinated to them performing functions on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism, extremist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";
Part 15 of Article 82 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The state fee in sizes and procedure which are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees is paid for provision of the conclusion.".
Article 4 of the Federal Law of November 17, 2025 No. 424-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 47, the Art. 7052) to add with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The regulatory legal acts adopted for the purpose of realization of provisions of part 3.4 of article 69 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" and containing mandatory requirements become effective in the terms established by these regulatory legal acts.".
