About approval of Rules, forms and types of involvement of the citizens participating in prevention of offenses

According to the subitem 10) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About prevention of offenses" and Item 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts", I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules, forms and types of involvement of the citizens participating in prevention of offenses according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders and structural elements of some orders according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order to provide to Department of legal and rule-making coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item of the order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
