I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 1098 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities of local police inspectors for minor law-enforcement bodies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12953) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of the organization of activities of local police inspectors for the minor law-enforcement bodies (further – Rules) approved by the specified order:
13) of Item 10 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"13) bring minors to the organizations of education with specific mode of content, and also to the Center of adaptation of minors (further – TsAN), to the Center of support of the children needing special social services (further – TsPD), neglected and street children aged from three up to eighteen years, and also children without parental support, legal representatives, in case of impossibility of their timely device, law-enforcement bodies detained during activities;";
add Item 10 with subitem 14-1) of the following content:
"14-1) take out the protective instruction according to article 60 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About prevention of offenses" in form, according to appendix 2-1 to these rules;";
the fifth the subitem 3) of Item 23 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
