About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Territorial Administration"

Article 1. State part 1 of article 13 of the Law of November 14, 2019 to No. ZR-252 "About territorial administration" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"1. The governor in the field of education:
1) promotes execution by educational institutions of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia on education and the regulatory legal acts adopted by authorized body of public administration by education;
2) participates in work on identification and involvement in the general education of the children who were left without compulsory education and also the children subject to risk to be excluded from compulsory education, in cooperation with responsible persons of educational institution, community and the interested bodies;
3) provides construction, content and operation of buildings of the educational institutions operating in the region;
4) is provided by monitoring of situation in this sphere;
5) performs coordination of administrative functions in the state educational institutions (except for specialized educational institutions and special schools - the resource centers);
6) is performed by monitoring of accomplishment of the services delegated by administrative functions of public administration by authorized body education (except for specialized educational institutions and special schools - the resource centers);
As required collects 7), generalizes and provides in authorized body of public administration by education information relating to educational institutions and also approves the data entered by educational institutions into management information system education;
8) carries out works on acceptance, generalization of non-financial indicators of the sphere and represents to authorized body.".
