About modification and amendments in the Law "About General Education"

Article 1. State Item 12 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of July 10, 2009 to No. ZR-160 "About general education" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"12) the pedagogical worker - the employee of the educational institution promoting assimilation by pupils of general education programs and (or) providing requirements to creation and realization of content of education, and also the structure performing specialized educational pedagogical and psychological service";
Article 2. In article 7 of the law:
The second parts 6.1 the word "exclusively" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "state and";
Part 10 to add 2) with Item 9 of the following content:
"9) implementation of the international programs.".
Article 3. In article 9 of the Law:
1) to state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. For the purpose of providing the free general education of pupils the government of the Republic of Armenia establishes educational institutions in form of business of the state non-profit organization or fund (further also state educational institution).";
2) to state part 4 in the following edition:
"4. The authorized body of public administration by education is authorized body of the state general education educational institutions, including specialized educational institutions, and also the territorial and republican pedagogical psychological centers, the special school resource centers.".
Article 4. In article 12 of the Law:
1) to state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. The director of state educational institution is appointed by authorized body of public administration by education according to requirements of the Procedure approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";
2) in part 12 to exclude the word "corresponding";
