About entering of amendments into the law "About Education"

Article 1. No. ZR-297 "About education" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 37 of the Law of April 14, 1999 with Item 2.2 of the following content:

"2. 2) is authorized body of the state general education educational institutions, including specialized educational institutions, and also the territorial and republican pedagogical psychological centers, the special school resource centers;".

Article 2. In article 38 of the Law:

Part 1 to add 1) with Items 1.1-1.4 of the following content:

"1. 1) performs coordination of administrative functions in the state general education educational institutions (except for specialized educational institutions and special schools - the resource centers);
