About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 132 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the code) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. In the cases provided by part 3 of this Article or in connection with it the court sends the decision on application of measure of providing the claim concerning real estate to the state real estate register by electronic method without the direction of writ of execution in forced execution. Requirements and procedure for submission of electronic documents are established by the Government.".
Article 2. To add article 134 of the Code with part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. The court sends the decision on replacement or change of one measure of providing the requirement another, or about complete or partial elimination of measure of providing the requirement for the real estate if it was not appealed in Appeal Court according to the procedure established by this Code, in electronic form to the State real estate register according to the procedure established by the Government if the court sent to the State real estate register the decision on application of the considered measure of providing the requirement without the direction of writ of execution for forced execution. In case of appeal of the decision on complete or partial removal of interim measures in the claim against or in connection with real estate in Appeal Court according to the procedure, established by this Code, the court sends it in electronic form to the State real estate register according to the procedure, established by the Government, after entry into force of the decision of Appeal Court made according to the procedure, established by this Code.
1. This law becomes effective from coming into force of the subordinate regulatory legal act established by part 2 of this Article.
