About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 22, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of April 14, 1999 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"the competent authorities applying restrictions - according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, state bodies and courts, authorized to apply, change, stop restrictions on powers according to the order, use or ownership of property, and also concerning implementation of property rights.".
Article 2. Part 2 of article 8 of the law after the words "documents" to add with words ", the terminations, necessary for state registration", and after words "bodies" - the words "the competent authorities applying restriction".
Article 3. State Item 1 of part 1 of article 10 of the law in the following edition:
"1) the court resolutions and decisions of the competent authorities applying restriction, which are taken out according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;".
1. This law becomes effective from coming into force of the subordinate regulatory legal act established by part 2 of this Article.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this law is accepted by the Government within four months after adoption of this Law.
