1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2025 No. 634 "About approval of forms of the data represented to body of state revenues, the exchanges of digital assets and also other members of the International financial center "Astana" about the transactions which are carried out by residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and nonresidents at the exchanges of digital assets and the paid remunerations to residents and nonresidents from implementation of the activities connected with digital assets and also Rules of their representation" (it is registered in the register of regulatory legal acts at No. 37274) the following changes:
