1. Bring in the procedures approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2022 No. 951 "About some questions of acquisition of citizenship of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 1, the Art. 189), the following changes:
a) to exclude from Item 11 of the Procedure for giving by persons who acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation as a result of recognition by their citizens of the Russian Federation, the statement for issue of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation of the word "before the end of transition period";
b) the citizen of the Russian Federation to exclude the words "before the end of transition period" from Item 7 of the Procedure for filing of application on recognition of the child who did not reach age of 14 years;
c) to exclude the words "before the end of transition period" from Item 11 of the Procedure for giving and accounting of statements for unwillingness to consist in citizenship of Ukraine.
2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 27, 2023 No. 307 "About features of legal status of separate categories of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 18, Art. 3292; 2024, No. 2, Art. 395; No. 18, Art. 2414; 2025, No. 12, the Art. 1288) change, having excluded from the subitem "g" of item 4 of the word "before the end of transition period".
