Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1010 "About federal state control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5397; 2022, No. 39, Art. 6609; 2024, No. 4, Art. 540).

1. In Item 3 of appendix No. 1 to the specified Provision:
a) in the subitem "a":
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"availability within the last 3 years (it is determined for decision date about reference of objects of control to category of risk) of the revealed violation of mandatory requirements in the field of production and turnover of the ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products (further - mandatory requirements) reflected in the resolution (decision) on purpose of administrative punishment for making of the administrative offenses provided by parts 1 and 2 of Article 14. 16, Articles 14. 17, 14.17. 4, 14.19, parts 1 and 2 of Article 14. 43, parts 3 and 4 of Article 15. 12, article 15.12.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, taken legal effect, to such object of control appropriates 3 points;";
