1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products.
2. Realization of the powers of the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets provided by this resolution is performed within the established number of staff and the salary fund of employees of central office and territorial authorities of the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets, and also the budgetary appropriations provided to Service by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 14.05.2025 No. 644
4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
