4) the ERAP mobile application (further - MT of ERAP) - the ERAP component intended for initiation of proceedings about administrative offense by means of the tablet computer;";

the second Item 7 to state part in the following edition:
"The physical and other evidences attached to case papers are submitted for consideration of the case about administrative offense in essence purposely. Till this time the body (official) ensures their safety.";
