About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the treatment of radioactive waste"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the treatment of radioactive waste" of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 530; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 287) following changes:
1. In the paragraph the thirteenth Article 1 of the word "collection of radioactive waste, their conversion, transportation, storage and (or) burial" shall be replaced with words "activities for the treatment of radioactive waste".
2. Regarding 1 Article 10 of the word of "the corresponding license" shall be replaced with words "documents of allowing nature".
3. In Article 20 of the word "licensing of separate types of activity" shall be replaced with words to "authorization system".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
