About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About precious metals and gemstones"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About precious metals and gemstones" of May 12, 2001 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 4, Art. 194; 2006, No. 4, Art. 199; 2007, No. 7, Art. 673; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 999; 2009, No. 9-10, of Art. 545; 2011, No. 6, Art. 454; 2013, No. 12, Art. 893; 2014, No. 11, Art. 665) following changes and amendment:
1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:
"This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis of geological studying and investigation of fields of precious metals and gemstones, their production, production, conversion, use and the address.".
2. In all text of the Law of the word "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" shall be replaced with words "About authorization system".
3. Regarding 1 Article 7 "Item" to replace the word with the word of "part".
4. In the name of Article 11 to replace the word "Powers" with the word "Competence".
5. In Article 19:
- in part 5 "Item" to replace the word with the word of "part";
- in part 7 of the word "About Counteraction of Legalization (Washing) of Income Gained in the Criminal Way and to Terrorism Financing" shall be replaced with words "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
6. In part 5 of Article 20 to replace the word of "Items" with the word of "parts".
7. In Item 2) the word "Item" to replace parts 2 of Article 25 with the word "part".
8. To exclude from the text of Article 27 and part two of Article 27-1 of the word "in the Republic of Tajikistan".
9. Add with article of 31 following contents:
