About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning protection of land rights of owners of the real estate units destroyed as a result of fighting
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):
Part the second Article 134 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"sales, transfers to use of the parcels of land to the former owners destroyed owing to the circumstances caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, real estate (buildings, constructions), the property right to which according to data of the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate is stopped in connection with destruction of property";
2) in the Section X "Transitional provisions":
in Item 27:
in subitem 5 of the word "voluntary conveyance of the parcels of land in private property to owners of the real estate units (buildings, constructions) located on such parcels of land, and also" shall be replaced with words "voluntary conveyance of the parcels of land in private property to owners of the real estate units (buildings, constructions) located on such parcels of land, voluntary conveyance of the parcels of land in private property to the former owners destroyed owing to the circumstances caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, real estate (buildings, constructions), the property right to which according to data of the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate is stopped in connection with destruction of property, and also";
add with subitem 11-1 of the following content:
